The latest episode of The Golden Bachelorette turned up the heat as 61-year-old Joan Vassos enjoyed a lively group date with her 11 remaining suitors.
The evening kicked off with a surprise appearance by former Bachelorette Kaitlyn Bristowe, who introduced three original Chippendales dancers to help the men prepare for a striptease.
“I’m so nervous,” admitted Chock, 60. “This is my biggest fear.”
However, when Kaitlyn revealed that the proceeds would benefit Stand Up to Cancer, the men’s spirits lifted dramatically.
“The instant change in everyone’s attitude was, ‘Oh, let’s do this!'” Mark, 57, recalled.
Dressed as cowboys, teachers, and construction workers, the men took the stage to showcase their moves.
Jonathan, 61, wowed the crowd with a solo Army-themed performance, dramatically ripping open his shirt for Joan.
Pascal fired off a money gun, while Charles L. surpassed his own expectations, and Chock impressed everyone with his “booty moves.”
Joan was ecstatic. “I thought this would be uncomfortable, but I was completely wrong. They understood it was for a meaningful cause.”
At the afterparty, Joan expressed her gratitude to the men and shared a touching moment with Chock.
Chock asked about Joan’s mother’s health and their budding connection.
“I need to see more of you, and I truly believe there could be a future for us,” Joan told Chock.
Chock replied, “I’m crazy about you.”
In a sweet gesture, Joan awarded Chock the date rose, saying, “He’s the first person I can envision a future with since John passed away.”
