The season of re-releases is here, and it’s heartening to see certain films, which initially struggled at the box office, finding success with new audiences. So far, it has mostly been urban, multiplex-oriented films making a comeback to theaters, but there’s a growing demand for classic mass entertainers to return to the big screen—and it appears that’s about to happen.
BREAKING: Rakesh Roshan to unveil the teaser for Karan Arjun—is the iconic Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan starrer set for a re-release?
Just minutes ago, acclaimed filmmaker Rakesh Roshan announced via Twitter that the teaser for Karan Arjun (1995) would be revealed today, Monday, October 28, at 12 noon. His tweet read, “Back in the 90s, there were no film teasers, but today I’m very excited to present the Karan Arjun teaser to you all! Stay tuned at 12 pm.”
Roshan’s announcement has sparked excitement, suggesting that Karan Arjun might be re-releasing in cinemas. Reports last week indicated that the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) approved a one-minute teaser of Karan Arjun, fueling anticipation about the film’s potential return.
Karan Arjun remains a landmark film, featuring superstars Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan as brothers bound by an unbreakable bond. The movie also stars Kajol, Mamta Kulkarni, Rakhee Gulzar, and Amrish Puri and is celebrated for its memorable cast, hit songs, powerful themes, and iconic dialogues.
