THATTA: At least five people lost their lives in two separate fog-related traffic accidents on the National Highway near Gharo and at Darya Khan, as reported by ARY News on Sunday.
The first accident occurred near Gharo on the National Highway, where dense fog caused a six-vehicle pileup early in the morning, resulting in three deaths and injuring 14 others. Rescue teams transported the injured and deceased to Civil Hospital Thatta.
In a separate incident, a passenger bus collided with a parked trailer along M.M. Road near Darya Khan in Punjab, claiming the lives of two individuals and injuring six others. The bus, en route from Uch Sharif to Rawalpindi, crashed due to poor visibility caused by fog. The injured and deceased were taken to a nearby hospital.
