Rawalpindi Division to Resume School Operations as Air Quality Improves
After a decrease in smog levels and a significant improvement in the air quality index, the Rawalpindi Division has announced the reopening of all public and private educational institutions.
The Environment Protection Agency has confirmed that schools across Rawalpindi, Jhelum, Attock, and Chakwal will resume on November 19.
This decision follows a recommendation from the Commissioner Rawalpindi, who highlighted that reopening schools would help improve the region’s overall air quality. The move aims to resume normal educational activities while ensuring environmental safety.
