Fahad Mustafa Becomes First Pakistani Actor Honored by UK Parliament

Renowned Pakistani actor Fahad Mustafa has reached a historic milestone by becoming the first Pakistani to be recognized by both the House of Commons and the House of Lords in the United Kingdom.

This prestigious acknowledgment celebrates his remarkable contributions to promoting diversity and cultural unity on a global scale. At an event organized by Multicultural Britain, Fahad received the Diversity and Cultural Impact Award from British MP Naz Shah at the House of Commons. He was later presented with the Global Cultural Unity Award by British Minister Lord Wajid Khan at the House of Lords.

Sharing his gratitude on Instagram, Fahad wrote, “Our Stories Really Matter! This recognition is not just mine—it belongs to every artist, every dreamer, and every storyteller in Pakistan who dares to dream big and cross boundaries. It is a testament to the power of our culture, our stories, and the unyielding spirit of unity that makes us shine on the global stage.”

This achievement follows Mahira Khan’s recent Lifetime Achievement Award from the British Parliament, further showcasing the rising global recognition of Pakistani talent.
