Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan has revealed that he is in discussions to collaborate on a film with fellow icons Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan. The three Khans have expressed their enthusiasm for working together, but the project is awaiting the perfect script.
Speaking at the Red Sea Film Festival in Jeddah, Aamir provided an exciting update on the potential collaboration. “About six months ago, Shah Rukh, Salman, and I were together, and I brought up the idea of working together. Both Shah Rukh and Salman agreed that it would be a shame if we didn’t do a film together,” Aamir shared.
He emphasized that they all agree on the idea and are hopeful the project will come together soon, pending the right story. “We must do a film together, the three of us. Hopefully, it will happen soon,” he added.
The three superstars last made headlines in March when they reunited at a pre-wedding event for Anant Ambani, son of Indian billionaire Mukesh Ambani. Their reunion sent fans into a frenzy, sparking hopes of a big-screen collaboration.
Aamir Khan had previously spoken about the possibility of working with Shah Rukh and Salman on The Kapil Sharma Show, where he expressed his desire for the trio to share screen space. “We’ve been in this industry for so long, and at this stage of our careers, it would be unfair to our audience if we didn’t do at least one film together,” Aamir had remarked.
While fans eagerly await the trio’s collaboration, Aamir is currently focused on his upcoming project, Sitaare Zameen Par. His recent release, the remake of Forrest Gump titled Laal Singh Chaddha, did not receive the expected audience response.
