Humaira Bano Calls Firdous Jamal a Hypocrite
Recently, Humaira Bano appeared on 24 Plus’s podcast hosted by Uzma Tahir, where she openly criticized Firdous Jamal.
Addressing him directly, Humaira shared, “I was both angry and saddened after hearing Firdous Jamal’s inappropriate comments about women working in the showbiz industry. While I have worked with him in the past, I will not work with him again. Firdous Sahab, I’m telling you, you too have a low character, just like the women in the industry you criticize. Your sons are also part of this industry, and you’ve made your living from it all your life, yet now you demean it.”
Humaira continued, “You claim you left your house after seeing your daughter-in-law on TV because you didn’t want to be seen as a ‘characterless person,’ but you are just as morally compromised because you belong to the same industry. I hope the people in our industry make Firdous Jamal realize that his mentality sets him apart from the rest of us.”
