Renowned TV host and actress Shaista Lodhi shared a three-day weight loss tip that doesn’t require exercise or dieting.
Appearing on ARY’s morning show “Good Morning Pakistan,” she explained that concepts like low-sodium or low-fat diets are misconceptions.
In response to a question by host Nida Yasir, Shaista recommended replacing white salt with pink salt, suggesting that avoiding white salt for just three days could lead to a weight loss of over one kilogram.
She emphasized the critical role of salt in our diets, urging people to carefully consider both the quantity and quality of the salt they consume.
Shaista further noted that excessive salt consumption is a major factor behind weight-related problems.
