The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is prepared to warmly welcome Indian cricket captain Rohit Sharma if he attends the opening ceremony of the ICC Men’s Champions Trophy 2025 in Karachi.
Sources from the PCB have indicated that there is no official confirmation on whether Sharma will attend the event. However, all captains of the participating teams have been invited, as per the PCB.
“The first match of the Champions Trophy is set to take place in Karachi, so the event will also be hosted there,” the sources revealed.
Further details regarding the unveiling ceremony and a photo session with the team captains are still under discussion.
