Karachi: Two Young Boys Missing in Garden Area
Two young boys, identified as 5-year-old Aliyan and 6-year-old Ali, have gone missing from Karachi’s Garden area, as reported on Wednesday. Their families have filed an FIR at the Garden police station under sections related to kidnapping and abduction.
According to the parents, the boys, who were close friends, disappeared while playing outside their homes. Police have launched a search operation, but no leads have been discovered so far. Officials revealed that both children live in the same locality, and efforts are ongoing at multiple locations to locate them.
Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah has taken notice of the incident and instructed police officials to recover the children promptly. He also ordered enhanced police patrolling in Karachi and directed the Additional IG Police to provide a detailed report on the case.
Second Child Missing Case in Karachi
This incident comes shortly after the disappearance of Sarim, a 7-year-old madrassa student, who has been missing for over a week from the North Nazimabad area. Despite extensive efforts, there has been no breakthrough in finding him.
The boy’s father reported receiving suspicious calls and messages from unknown numbers. Some callers demanded money transfers, while another requested Sarim’s picture. After sending the photo, the number was switched off.
Police traced the calls to various cities in Punjab and Balochistan but found no connection to the case. A search operation was conducted in the apartment complex where Sarim lived, but no clues were uncovered.
Authorities suspect Sarim may have left with someone he knew, as no signs of resistance or disturbance were detected. Complicating the investigation, the apartment’s CCTV cameras were non-functional at the time due to a power outage. An FIR has been registered, and abduction
