KARACHI – A police officer was suspended by the Sindh police after a suspect, involved in serious crimes, escaped from custody, Dunya News reported on Tuesday.
The suspect, who was transferred from Punjab to Karachi for investigation regarding a large-scale robbery and other offenses, had been placed in a rest house. He managed to escape from there.
Sindh police authorities have taken immediate action, suspending the officer due to negligence.

Police have filed a case against the father and launched a manhunt for the fugitive.
Reports indicate the girl enjoyed making TikToks, but her father disapproved. On the day of the incident, he shot her and fled the scene.
