Naeema Butt recently attended a fundraiser in London, thrilling fans by recreating her iconic dialogue with Sharjeena (Hania Aamir).
Speaking about her future projects, Naeema shared: “Fans often ask me about my upcoming work. I’m currently involved in two projects, one of which is particularly special.”
Highlighting her passion for acting as a tool for social change, she added, “It’s an exciting project.”
Naeema also shared a lighthearted moment with co-star Emmad Irfani in an Instagram Story.
The two, known for their roles in Kabhi Main Kabhi Tum, had a surprise reunion in London. Channeling her infamous character Rubab, Naeema humorously accused Emmad’s character, Adeel, of betrayal once again.
Excitedly, she said, “I’m in London right now, and guess who I just ran into?” before revealing Emmad alongside his wife, fashion designer Maryam Shafaat.
Teasingly, she asked, “What are you doing here, Adeel? With another woman?”
Emmad, playing along, quipped, “Love in London.”
Naeema, shaking her head, replied, “That’s the film’s title. We’re standing in front of Buckingham Palace.”
The duo, celebrated for their roles as Adeel and Rubab, portrayed an ambitious yet flawed couple entangled in a turbulent marriage. Even now, their performances continue to be praised for their depth and complexity.
