When asked, “Why have you gained weight?” Komal responded with humor, “Slowly turning into a seth [businessman] with a mota pait [fat stomach],” adding a wink/laugh emoji. She continued, “Just kidding. Running a business is stressful, and I end up stress-eating during tough times.”
