Komal Aziz dismisses marriage question

Komal Aziz Khan is quick to shut down intrusive questions about her personal life, especially on Instagram during Q&A sessions. When asked why she’s not married, she replied, “Because I see all of you unhappy in your marriages, messaging single women like me while being married.”

Her sharp response effectively ended the inquiry, but she added, “I have high standards. Once someone meets them, I’ll consider it. My life is pretty awesome without marriage for now.”

Komal’s no-nonsense attitude extends to judgmental comments about her newly launched business as well. One follower remarked, “Hope this makes you treat your employees better,” to which Komal fired back, “You mean tolerate mediocre girls with no talent causing drama? I have a company to build and dreams to chase.”

Staying true to her principles, she added, “Anyone unhappy working for me can find another job. I’m not lowering my standards or changing my rules.”

She also responded to criticism about her pricing with a blunt suggestion: “Start working harder to make more money. Maybe get a second job or upskill yourself.” Defending her business, she explained, “The clothes at [my store] are very affordable, especially during sales.”

Reflecting on her business journey, Komal shared her experience of having to relocate due to a greedy landlord and lack of cooperation. “Many weak men think they can exploit a woman running a business alone. They have no idea,” she said.

Komal also responded humorously to comments about her weight gain, joking, “Slowly turning into a seth with a mota pait,” before adding, “Just kidding, stress eating is real when running a business.”

Her final touch was a witty remark in Roman Urdu: “I don’t smoke, so I end up eating to calm myself.”
