Salma Zafar Asim Opens Up About Her Husband’s Second Marriage and Her Personal Struggles

In a recent appearance on FUCHSIA Magazine’s YouTube show hosted by Rabia Mughni, Salma Zafar Asim shared insights into her personal life, discussing her marriage, her husband’s second marriage, and the challenges she has faced.

Reflecting on her early marriage, Salma shared, “I married before I turned 18 and got my ID card after the wedding. It was considered a big achievement at that time. One thing that made me sad was having to leave sports, as I was a talented player in college. Back then, marriage was viewed as the most important milestone for girls. Parents were often focused on settling their children, and they always had the best intentions for us. My Khala found a match for me, but I reassured her not to worry about her decision. My husband is a good person, and my in-laws have been kind to me. I’ve learned a lot from my mother-in-law.”
