When asked about the impact of the backlash on him, Salman explained that while the actors were in communication during the airing of the show, the initial reaction was painful. However, he noted that the criticism eventually subsided after the show’s conclusion. Despite this, he still feels the backlash was excessive.
Addressing accusations of promoting certain agendas, Salman clarified that Barzakh was never intended to push any specific narrative. He expressed his openness to constructive criticism but stressed that the show’s intention was simply to entertain.
