Gujrat Tragedy: Five Siblings Found Dead at Home
GUJRAT: In a tragic incident near Bakra Mandi in Gujrat, five children were discovered dead inside their home, rescue officials reported.
The deceased siblings, aged between 6 and 13, were identified as Laiba (13), Hashim (11), Hadi (10), and 6-year-old twins, Hanan and Salim Fayyaz. Their bodies were shifted to the hospital for further examination.
According to the children’s mother, the siblings had been burning coal inside a room, which is suspected to have caused fatal inhalation of toxic fumes.
Authorities have launched an investigation to determine the exact circumstances of the incident.

On December 19, a heart-wrenching incident in Nawabshah saw a mother brutally slitting the throats of her two children. The crime occurred in the jurisdiction of the Airport Police Station.
The suspect, Komal Sheikh, was arrested and reportedly confessed during initial interrogation. However, she remained silent when asked about her motive.
Police recovered the murder weapon and are investigating the matter further.
