Hospital Supervisor Arrested for Exploiting Job-Seeking Women

MANDI BAHAUDDIN – In a shocking case of workplace harassment, a hospital supervisor in Punjab’s Mandi Bahauddin was caught exploiting vulnerable women seeking employment.

According to ARY News’ investigative program Sar-e-Aam, the accused, identified as Nasrullah, misused his authority to sexually harass and exploit female staff at the hospital.

Nasrullah allegedly lured women with job offers promising a Rs30,000 salary, coercing them into complying with his immoral demands. Several female employees at the hospital reported suffering due to his misconduct, as he controlled attendance records, leave approvals, and other administrative matters.

Four female hospital employees reached out to the Sar-e-Aam team and shared their ordeal. However, due to a lack of solid evidence, immediate action was delayed. Eventually, a courageous young woman agreed to help expose Nasrullah.

Following the plan, she approached him for a job, during which he once again imposed immoral conditions and attempted to physically harass her. Before he could proceed further, the Sar-e-Aam team, led by host Iqrar-ul-Hassan, stormed into the hospital room, catching him red-handed.

Despite being confronted with video evidence, Nasrullah shamelessly denied the allegations. However, upon the victim’s complaint, local police arrested him on the spot, registered a criminal case, and placed him behind bars.
