The Judicial Commission of Pakistan has postponed its meeting, originally set for December 14, following decisions made during its previous session on December 6.
The meeting was intended to discuss the appointment of additional judges for the Lahore and Balochistan High Courts.
In the December 6 session, the commission resolved to delay the matter of judicial appointments until December 21. As a result, the December 14 meeting has been canceled in line with the commission’s earlier resolutions.
