PTI political committee discusses the situation following party protests.

The meeting also discussed potential legal actions in response to the alleged loss of lives during the protest incidents.

The party is likely to declare a black day in light of these events and is expected to announce a formal plan of action soon.

Earlier, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur stated that the PTI would persist with its sit-ins across Pakistan, despite the crackdown on party workers in Islamabad.

Speaking at a press conference in Mansehra, Gandapur asserted that PTI has always conducted peaceful protests, emphasizing the importance of law and democracy.

He claimed that PTI workers faced violence, including gunfire, while protesting against injustices.

The chief minister reaffirmed that the sit-in would continue until the party’s demands are fulfilled.
