PTI Submits Formal Demands in Third Round of Talks with Government
The third round of negotiations between the government and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) committees is underway at Parliament House, with Speaker National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq overseeing the discussions.
This significant in-camera session follows earlier rounds held on December 27, 2024, and January 2, 2025. The talks aim to address critical political challenges amidst escalating tensions between the ruling coalition and the opposition.

The government’s negotiation team comprises senior leaders, including Irfan Siddiqui, Rana Sanaullah, Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui, and Farooq Sattar. PTI’s delegation features prominent figures such as Omar Ayub, Asad Qaiser, Ali Amin Gandapur, Allama Raja Nasir Abbas, and Sahibzada Hamid Raza.
During today’s session, PTI leader Omar Ayub submitted the party’s written demands to Speaker Ayaz Sadiq. The document, signed by six members of PTI’s negotiation committee, including Salman Akram Raja and Sahibzada Hamid Raza, highlights several key issues.
