The Punjab Police has purchased 21 bulletproof single-cabin vehicles to ensure the safety of officers stationed in sensitive areas across the province.
This initiative is part of ongoing efforts to provide law enforcement with secure and dependable equipment for high-risk missions.
Police officials revealed that each vehicle costs Rs9.1 million, with the total expenditure for the 21 vehicles amounting to Rs192 million. The vehicles will be handed over to officers after the bulletproofing process is finalized.
