ANF apprehends five drug traffickers in nationwide operations.

RAWALPINDI: The Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) conducted five operations, seizing drugs worth over Rs 1.8 million and arresting five suspects, according to an ANF Headquarters spokesperson on Friday.

In Karachi, 1.605 kg of drugs were confiscated from a suspect near a hospital in Korangi. The accused admitted to supplying drugs to students at educational institutions.

In Islamabad, 3.6 kg of hashish was seized near a mosque in Sector G-9, while another 500 grams of heroin concealed in six bags was recovered near Bahria Town.

In Quetta, 3.6 kg of hashish was recovered from a suspect apprehended near Sona Khan Chowk.

In Faisalabad, 1 kg of ice was seized from a suspect detained near Bohana Chowk on Jhang Road.

Cases have been registered against the suspects under the Narcotics Control Act, and investigations are ongoing.
