Bushra Bibi and Gandapur face charges in seven cases registered in Attock

Bushra Bibi, Opposition Leader in the National Assembly, along with Omar Ayub and former President Arif Alvi, has been implicated in seven cases filed across three police stations in Attock, Punjab. Other PTI lawmakers are also named in the cases.

The charges span 23 sections, including terrorism, attempted murder, vandalism, and more. According to the FIR, the accused allegedly seized tear gas, anti-riot equipment, and mobile phones from police during a PTI protest.

On November 23, two additional cases were filed against Bushra Bibi, the wife of PTI founder Imran Khan, in Dera Ghazi Khan and Rajanpur. The accusations stem from allegedly making inflammatory statements aimed at inciting hatred.

The cases, registered under the Telegraph Act of 1885 and Section 126 of the same, accuse her of delivering provocative remarks targeting Saudi Arabia, allegedly designed to manipulate public sentiments intentionally and strategically.
