Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur and former federal minister Muhammad Ali Durrani met on Thursday to discuss the country’s political situation.
During their discussion, both leaders agreed to advance political and reconciliation efforts.
In addition, the KP Chief Minister had conversations with representatives from Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) and the Grand Democratic Alliance (GDA). CM Gandapur spoke separately with Liaquat Baloch and Safdar Abbasi, addressing the nation’s political landscape.

Recently, KP Governor Faisal Karim Kundi criticized the Ali Amin Gandapur-led government for failing to uphold law and order in the province.
Kundi remarked, “Despite the challenges faced by the people of KP, Gandapur continues to target the center.” He added, “Today, 99 percent of political parties stand united on the same platform, with no differences on the need to maintain law and order in the country.”
