Early morning tremors were experienced in Sibi and surrounding areas. The Seismological Center reported that the earthquake had a magnitude of 4.7 on the Richter scale, originating 18 kilometers below the surface.
The epicenter was identified 22 kilometers from Sibi, with the tremors occurring at 5:20 AM. Fortunately, no casualties or damage have been reported at this time.
