The Lahore Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) has issued a non-bailable arrest warrant for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur in connection with the Manawan Police Station case.
The case revolves around allegations of vandalism during a political gathering in Kahna.
Presiding over the hearing, ATC Judge Manzar Ali Gul reviewed the police’s request for the warrant. The authorities accused Gandapur of damaging vehicle windows during the rally, leading to the registration of a case at Manawan Police Station.
Citing the severity of the offense, the police emphasized the need for Gandapur’s immediate arrest. After examining the evidence, Judge Gul approved the non-bailable warrant against the PTI leader.
