Renowned preacher and scholar Dr. Zakir Naik has arrived in Pakistan, where he will stay until October 28.
Upon his arrival at New Islamabad Airport, he was greeted by Rana Mashhood, Chairman of the Prime Minister’s Youth Program, Syed Dr. Atta-ur-Rehman, Additional Secretary of the Ministry of Religious Affairs, and Shamsher Ali Mazari, Parliamentary Secretary for Religious Affairs, among others.
According to the Ministry of Religious Affairs spokesperson, Dr. Zakir Naik is scheduled to deliver public lectures in Islamabad, Karachi, and Lahore, as well as lead Friday prayer congregations.
During his visit, he will also meet with senior government officials and attend public events.
Dr. Zakir Naik was escorted to Islamabad under tight security.
