Three terrorists killed, two apprehended in Musakhel operation.

MUSAKHEL: A joint operation by the Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD), Frontier Corps (FC), and police in Musakhel led to the death of at least three terrorists and the arrest of two, according to ARY News.

The nighttime operation involved an exchange of gunfire, resulting in the deaths of three terrorists and the apprehension of two others. The terrorists were reportedly planning attacks on key installations, and a significant cache of arms and ammunition was recovered from both the deceased and the arrested individuals.

A case has been registered against the arrested terrorists, and investigations are ongoing.

In a separate incident, security forces successfully apprehended an alleged terrorist in Mastung, a town in the Balochistan province. Sources indicate that the arrest occurred during an operation in the Spalanji Bazaar area of the Mustang district, where weapons, ammunition, and binoculars were seized from the suspect.

Security sources revealed that the arrested individual was involved in the murders of two people in the Spalanji Bazaar area between October 25th and 26th, prompting security forces to initiate a search operation in the region.

Previously, Punjab Police conducted a significant operation in the hilly area of Makadwala, reportedly resulting in the deaths of 10 terrorists during intense gunfire. This operation was launched following intelligence reports about the presence of 10 to 15 terrorists in the area. A spokesperson for Punjab Police confirmed the operation’s success, reiterating their commitment to thwarting terrorist activities and eradicating the threat of terrorism.
