KARACHI – In a raid conducted to recover an abductee, police seized sophisticated weapons, a large cache of bullets, and two luxury vehicles from a bungalow in the Defence area, Dunya News reported on Saturday night.
According to AIA DIG, AVCC police carried out the operation and discovered the arms and vehicles while searching for the kidnapped individual. Authorities are investigating the ownership of the vehicles and the source of the weapons. A 22-year-old man was arrested during the raid.
Robbers’ Facilitator Arrested
In Owbara, police and rangers conducted a joint operation in the Katcha area, apprehending a suspect named Fahim, who allegedly worked as a facilitator for local robbers. He has been moved to an undisclosed location for further investigation.
Cash Snatched in Lahore
In Lahore’s Harbanspura, armed robbers looted cash from a general store at gunpoint. A video of the incident has surfaced, showing the assailants entering the shop and robbing both the storekeeper and customers. Police have launched an investigation after registering a case.
