ICC unveils Trophy Tour for the 2025 Men’s Champions Trophy

The International Cricket Council (ICC) has officially launched the Trophy Tour for the highly anticipated 2025 ICC Men’s Champions Trophy.

In a statement released on its website, the ICC shared the full itinerary for the prestigious tournament’s trophy tour, which begins today (Saturday). The journey will bring the trophy to the eight participating nations, giving fans a chance to engage with the iconic silverware and enjoy exclusive experiences leading up to the event.

The tour aims to build excitement for the tournament, scheduled for next year.

According to the ICC, the trophy will be displayed at prominent landmarks on its opening day in Islamabad, including Daman-e-Koh, Faisal Mosque, and the Pakistan Monument, accompanied by cricket legend Shoaib Akhtar.

This marks the beginning of an international Trophy Tour that will offer fans around the world interactive experiences. The tour will feature vibrant activities highlighting the event’s refreshed visual identity.

After Islamabad, the tour will visit major cities and venues in Pakistan, such as Karachi, Abbottabad, and Taxila, before heading to other countries. The international leg of the tour will showcase the diverse cultures of the participating nations.

Fans will also be treated to a content series, “Champion on Tour,” documenting the Trophy Tour’s journey through food, music, and cricket from around the world.

Anurag Dahiya, ICC’s Chief Commercial Officer, expressed excitement about the tour’s launch.

“We are thrilled to kick off the Trophy Tour with DP World, bringing fans closer to the ICC Men’s Champions Trophy with an engaging lineup of activities,” Dahiya said. “This will give passionate cricket fans a memorable opportunity to interact with the iconic trophy.”
