UFC legend Khabib Nurmagomedov has announced that Islam Makhachev will return next year as he aims to make history.
The former lightweight champion retired in October 2020 following the death of his father and has maintained that he will not return to fighting. Instead, he has focused on coaching, supporting Makhachev in his journey to the championship.
