The Infinix Hot 50 Pro+, which was teased last week, has now been officially launched. One of its standout features is its sleek 6.8mm design, with Infinix branding it as the smartphone with the “world’s slimmest 3D-curved SlimEdge design.”
This 4G smartphone is powered by the Helio G100 SoC, equipped with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage, which can be expanded via a microSD card.
While Infinix has not provided a detailed specifications sheet for the Hot 50 Pro+, several videos shared on its YouTube channel have confirmed that it features a 120Hz always-on curved AMOLED display with Gorilla Glass protection. The display includes a centered punch-hole for the selfie camera and a fingerprint scanner located underneath for biometric authentication. Notably, it is designed to work well even with wet or greasy fingers.
The Hot 50 Pro+ is powered by a 5,000 mAh battery, which supports 33W charging through a USB-C port. Additionally, it holds an IP54 rating and is equipped with dual speakers tuned by JBL.
The smartphone features TitanWing Architecture, combining ultra-slim aesthetics with remarkable durability. It is available in three color options and is currently open for pre-orders in Kenya through various online retailers. However, we await Infinix to publish the complete specifications on its website, as some details listed on retailer sites differ from those mentioned in Infinix’s videos.
