IT Skills Program Introduced for Pakistani Youth

The Pakistani government has launched a program aimed at providing IT skills to 200,000 young people annually.

This announcement was made by Federal Minister for Planning and Development Ahsan Iqbal during a ceremony.

The Minister explained that the program will empower youth to contribute to the development of the country’s digital economy.

He also highlighted that Pakistan’s art, culture, and heritage can be promoted globally by showcasing the creativity of its youth.

In a separate discussion with the media regarding ongoing political negotiations, Ahsan Iqbal assured that the government is taking all necessary steps to ensure the success of the talks.

Regarding the rising threat of terrorism, the Minister attributed the current challenges to the policies of the former PTI government. He expressed confidence that the government would successfully combat terrorism, as it did between 2013 and 2017.

On the issue of Afghanistan, the Minister emphasized that the Pakistani military is fully capable of responding effectively to any threat from across the border.
